Acceptance

By creating an account or using MediQueu, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

MediQueu provides scheduling, queue management, and related tools. We may update features to improve the service; we won't materially reduce core functionality without notice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials confidential and configure roles appropriately.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including patient-data regulations.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data your team enters.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach or misuse.

MediQueu is provided "as is". We are not a medical device and do not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals.
